Ashley Crowther began her career in insurance when she was in high school as an after school job she would assist Chris Durante as a CSR. After graduating from high school she went on to college to pursue an associates degree in Paramedic Medicine and undergrad work in communication. She then started a career in EMS and small business management. In 2016 Ashley returned to her first love , insurance. With her medical background in emergency medical management and working as a Cut Girl for many MMA events this gave her an insight to the insurance needs of this industry. Ashley sits on the board of directors for the United Mixed Martial Arts Federation as the Insurance Compliance Officer.  Commercial insurance is Ashley's biggest focus and she loves working with business owners meeting all the challenges that are put in front of her and presenting an insurance plan that fits their unique needs. At home Ashley is a mother of two beautiful girls that love to twirl batons. Cheering for her Dwarf race car driving husband and spending time out at the pool with her two big dogs. Life is never dull for this career driven insurance agent.
